When do you decide

When do you decide (when love is wrong)
In your own mind it will be your decision (in the end)
But in due time your do your time (for your decision)
and murderous crime
Hear the cries of your passed victims  (or past victories)
leaving no regrets and hearts scorned
debating if time heals wounded hearts
leaving hearts bleeding

Hearts do heal over time
bleeding painfully from infected veins
Leaving past regrets in the past

Hearts peel away old dues leaving behind
all hate and all crime
the past is the past
but here and now is more important
a healing heart now what’s best
and can have sympathy at that best

Healing hearts leave no time unspoken for
and broken hearts leave only a crack

When do you decide (when love is right)
In your own mind it will be your decision (in the end)
But in due time your heart will know (for your decision)
will make it right
hear the sighs of past lovers (and past lips)
leaving hearts beating and passionate victories retreating

When do you decide

About Amanda Shelton

I write, and I do digital art. My life is never too boring, I think too much for my life to be nothing but interesting. I always put myself into my writing, so if you want to know how I think then just read my poetry, and short stories. Also I am brutally honest, and I love everyone unconditionally. No one is a stranger to me, I will treat you like I treat everyone else, like family.
